Gizlilik Politikası & Kullanım Şartları
Bu gizlilik politikası, mobil cihazlar için geliştirilen Kıble Bulucu Ultra uygulamasına (bundan sonra "Uygulama") uygulanır. Uygulama, Dijifix (bundan sonra "Hizmet Sağlayıcı") tarafından ücretsiz bir hizmet olarak geliştirilmiştir ve "OLDUĞU GİBİ" sunulmaktadır.
Uygulama otomatik olarak, aşağıdakilerle sınırlı olmamak üzere şu bilgileri toplayabilir: mobil cihazınızın türü, cihazınızın benzersiz kimliği veya reklam kimliği, IP adresi, mobil işletim sistemi ve Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınıza dair bilgiler. Bu bilgiler genellikle reklam ve temel işlevsellik için kullanılan üçüncü taraf hizmetleri aracılığıyla işlenir.
Uygulama, Kıble yönünü hesaplamak amacıyla cihazınızın yaklaşık konumunu kullanır. Uygulama kesin (GPS düzeyinde) konum izni istemez; kıble açısı için yaklaşık konum yeterlidir. Konum verisi bu hesaplama için cihazınızda kullanılır. Ayrıca gösterilen reklam hizmetleri (AdMob) yaklaşık konumu reklam amacıyla kullanabilir. Konum iznini istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz; bu durumda Kıble hesaplaması çalışmayabilir.
Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Reklam amacıyla reklam kimliği ve benzeri tanımlayıcılar kullanılabilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam onayınız (Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre kullanıcıları için) ilk açılışta Google Kullanıcı Mesajlaşma Platformu (UMP) üzerinden alınır ve Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Reklam Tercihleri bölümünden istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz.
Uygulama, anlık bildirim (push) göndermek için Firebase Cloud Messaging kullanabilir. Bunun için cihazınıza ait bir bildirim jetonu (token) işlenir. Bildirimleri cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
Uygulama, reklamsız kullanım gibi özellikler için isteğe bağlı bir premium abonelik sunar. Tüm ödemeler Google Play Faturalandırma üzerinden işlenir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgilerinizi görmez ve saklamaz.
Yalnızca toplu ve anonimleştirilmiş veriler zaman zaman harici hizmetlere iletilir. Uygulama, kendi gizlilik politikalarına sahip aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanır:
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, otomatik olarak toplanan bilgileri şu durumlarda açıklayabilir: yasal bir zorunluluk veya mahkeme emrine uymak için; haklarını korumak, sizin veya başkalarının güvenliğini korumak, sahtekârlığı araştırmak ya da bir devlet talebine yanıt vermek için; ve bu gizlilik bildirimindeki kurallara uymayı kabul eden güvenilir hizmet sağlayıcılarla.
Uygulama tarafından bilgi toplanmasını, Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırarak durdurabilirsiniz. Ayrıca reklam onayınızı Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Reklam Tercihleri bölümünden, konum iznini ise cihaz ayarlarından yönetebilirsiniz.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, otomatik olarak toplanan bilgileri en fazla 24 ay boyunca saklar ve sonrasında toplu biçimde depolayabilir. Sorularınız için info@dijifix.com adresinden iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki kişileri hedeflemez ve Hizmet Sağlayıcı 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Böyle bir durumun farkına varılırsa bilgi derhal silinir. Bir ebeveyn/vasi olarak çocuğunuzun bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız lütfen info@dijifix.com ile iletişime geçin.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bilgilerin gizliliğini korumak için fiziksel, elektronik ve prosedürel güvenlik önlemleri uygular. Ancak hiçbir sistemin %100 güvenli olamayacağını lütfen unutmayın.
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfa güncellenerek bildirilir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellemeleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Uygulamayı kullanarak, bilgilerinizin bu Gizlilik Politikası'nda belirtilen şekilde işlenmesine onay vermiş olursunuz.

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamayı herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme veya hizmetleri için ücret talep etme hakkını saklı tutar; herhangi bir ücret size açıkça bildirilir.
Cihazınızın ve Uygulamaya erişimin güvenliğini sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Cihazınızı "jailbreak" veya "root" işleminden kaçınmanız önerilir; bu tür işlemler cihazınızı güvenlik risklerine açabilir ve Uygulamanın düzgün çalışmamasına yol açabilir.
Uygulama, kendi Şartlar ve Koşullarına sahip üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır:
Uygulamanın bazı işlevleri aktif bir internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Wi-Fi veya mobil veri bağlantınızın olmaması ya da veri kotanızın dolması durumunda Uygulamanın tam kapasite çalışmamasından Hizmet Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz. Mobil ağ üzerinden kullanımda operatörünüzün veri/dolaşım ücretleri geçerli olabilir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, cihazınızın şarjının bitmesi gibi sizin sorumluluğunuzdaki durumlardan sorumlu değildir. Ayrıca Uygulamayı güncelleme veya sağlamayı durdurma hakkını saklı tutar.

This privacy policy applies to the Kıble Bulucu Ultra (Qiblah Finder Ultra) app (hereafter "Application") for mobile devices. The Application was created by Dijifix (hereafter "Service Provider") as a free service and is provided "AS IS".
The Application may automatically collect information including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your device's unique or advertising identifier, your IP address, your mobile operating system, and information about how you use the Application. This information is generally processed through third-party services used for advertising and core functionality.
The Application uses your device's approximate location in order to calculate the Qiblah direction. The Application does not request precise (GPS-level) location permission; approximate location is sufficient for the Qiblah bearing. Location data is used on your device for this calculation. In addition, the advertising service (AdMob) may use approximate location for advertising purposes. You can disable the location permission at any time in your device settings; the Qiblah calculation may not work in that case.
The Application shows ads via Google AdMob. Advertising identifiers may be used for this purpose. Your consent for personalized ads (for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland) is collected on first launch via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and you can change it at any time from Settings → Ad Preferences inside the Application.
The Application may use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. A notification token for your device is processed for this purpose. You can turn off notifications in your device settings.
The Application offers an optional premium subscription for features such as ad-free use. All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. The Service Provider does not see or store your card or payment details.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to external services from time to time. The Application uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:
The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information: as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; and with trusted service providers who agree to abide by the rules in this privacy notice.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You can also manage your ad consent from Settings → Ad Preferences inside the Application, and the location permission through your device settings.
The Service Provider will retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. For questions, contact info@dijifix.com.
The Application does not target anyone under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it is deleted immediately. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided information, please contact info@dijifix.com.
The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information. However, please remember that no system can be 100% secure.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are notified by updating this page. Continued use of the Application means you accept the updates.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions apply to the Kıble Bulucu Ultra (Qiblah Finder Ultra) app (hereafter "Application"), created by Dijifix as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, attempting to extract its source code, or creating derivative versions is prohibited. All intellectual property rights in the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application at any time or to charge for its services; any charge will be made clear to you.
You are responsible for the security of your device and access to the Application. Avoiding "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your device is strongly recommended, as such actions may expose your device to security risks and cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi/mobile data or an exhausted data allowance. When used over a mobile network, your carrier's data/roaming charges may apply.
The Service Provider is not responsible for matters within your responsibility, such as your device running out of battery. It also reserves the right to update or to stop providing the Application.
