2.1 Yerel Veri Depolama
- Tüm CV bilgileriniz sadece cihazınızda saklanır.
- Birden fazla CV (farklı isimlerle) oluşturabilir ve bunları cihazınızda tutabilirsiniz.
- Kişisel bilgileriniz hiçbir sunucuya bizim tarafımızdan gönderilmez.
- Profil fotoğraflarınız yerel olarak depolanır ve AI servislerine gönderilmez.
- Uygulama ayarlarınızı ve tercihlerinizi cihazınızdan silebilir veya uygulamayı kaldırarak tüm verileri kaldırabilirsiniz.

ÖNEMLİ UYARI: AI özelliklerini kullandığınızda CV verileriniz işlenmek üzere
Google Gemini AI servisine gönderilir.
AI özellikleri şunları içerir:
- CV Analizi ve Puanlama
- İş İlanı Uyumluluk Kontrolü
- CV Çevirisi
Google Gemini AI ile veri paylaşımı:
- Sadece AI analizi için gerekli CV metin içeriği (deneyim, eğitim, beceriler vb.) ve iş ilanı metni gönderilir.
- Profil fotoğrafınız AI servisine gönderilmez.
- Veriler sadece analiz, puanlama ve çeviri amacıyla kullanılır.
- Google Gemini AI için geçerli olan gizlilik politikası uygulanır:

- AI servisi geçici olarak kullanılamaz veya kota doluysa, uygulama ücretli AI işlemini başlatmaz ve sizden ücret alınmaz.
3. ÇEREZ POLİTİKASI
- Uygulama web tabanlı çerezler kullanmaz.
- Yerel tercihleriniz cihazınızda saklanır.
- Takip çerezleri kullanılmaz.
- Reklam çerezleri bulunmaz.
4. ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAF SERVİSLER
- Google Gemini AI: AI analiz ve çeviri özellikleri için.
- Google Play Store: Uygulama indirme, güncelleme ve ödeme işlemleri için.
- Bunun dışında zorunlu bir üçüncü taraf servis kullanılmamaktadır.
5. KULLANIM ŞARTLARI
5.1 İzin Verilen Kullanım
- Kişisel CV oluşturma ve düzenleme.
- AI destekli CV iyileştirme ve analiz.
- CV'nizi PDF olarak önizleme ve indirme.
- Çoklu dil desteğini kullanma.
5.2 Yasak Faaliyetler
- Uygulamayı ters mühendislik yapmak.
- Sahte veya yanıltıcı bilgiler kullanmak.
- Telif hakkı ihlali yapacak içerik eklemek.
- Uygulamayı kötü amaçlı veya yasa dışı faaliyetler için kullanmak.
6. PREMİUM ÖZELLİKLER VE ÖDEME MODELİ
- Her bir CV + şablon kombinasyonu için tek seferlik ücret alınır (örneğin 0,99 USD). Aynı CV içeriğiyle aynı şablonu tekrar indirirseniz ikinci kez ücret alınmaz; ancak ödeme yaptıktan sonra CV içeriğinizi değiştirirseniz, sistem bu yeni içeriği farklı bir CV olarak algılar ve aynı şablon için yeniden ücret ödemeniz gerekir.
- AI özellikleri (CV puanlama, iş ilanı analizi, çeviri vb.) her kullanım başına tek seferlik ücrete tabidir (örneğin 0,99 USD / kullanım).
- Hiçbir şekilde abonelik veya otomatik yenilenen ücretlendirme yoktur; her işlem öncesinde fiyat açıkça gösterilir ve onayınız alınır.
- Tüm ödemeler Google Play uygulama içi satın alma altyapısı üzerinden, Google hesabınızla yapılır.
- İade ve iptal koşulları, Google Play'in dijital içerik ve uygulama içi satın alma kurallarına tabidir.
7. VERİ GÜVENLİĞİ
- Verileriniz cihazınızda güvenli bir şekilde saklanmaya çalışılır; uygulama düzeyinde ek güvenlik önlemleri uygulanır.
- Uygulama güncellemeleri güvenlik ve performans iyileştirmeleri içerebilir.
- Cihazınızın kaybolması, çalınması veya yetkisiz kişiler tarafından kullanılması geliştiricinin sorumluluğunda değildir.
8. KULLANICI HAKLARI
- Uygulama içinden veya cihaz ayarlarından verilerinizi silebilirsiniz.
- Uygulamayı kaldırarak cihazınızdaki uygulama verilerini temizleyebilirsiniz.
- AI özelliklerini kullanmamayı tercih edebilirsiniz.
- Destek için bizimle info@dijifix.com adresinden iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
9. SORUMLULUK SINIRI
- Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; belirli bir sonuca ulaşacağınız garanti edilmez.
- Cihaz arızası, depolama hatası, kullanıcı hatası veya üçüncü taraf servis sorunları nedeniyle oluşan veri kaybından sorumlu tutulamayız.
- AI sonuçlarının doğruluğu, güncelliği veya uygunluğu garanti edilmez; nihai karar her zaman kullanıcıya aittir.
- Google Gemini AI veya Google Play gibi üçüncü taraf servislerin hatalarından, kesintilerinden veya politika değişikliklerinden sorumlu değiliz.
10. DEĞİŞİKLİKLER
Bu politika gerektiğinde güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimler veya mağaza açıklaması üzerinden duyurulur.
11. YASAL UYUMLULUK
- Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi konusunda KVKK (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) ilkelerine saygı gösterilir.
- Uygulama tasarımı, mümkün olduğunca GDPR gereklilikleri dikkate alınarak geliştirilmiştir.
- Google Play Geliştirici Politikalarına uyum hedeflenmektedir.
- İşbu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
12. YAŞ SINIRI
- Uygulama iş ve kariyer odaklıdır ve 18 yaş ve üzeri yetişkin kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır.
- 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcılardan bilerek veri toplamıyoruz.
- 18 yaşından küçükseniz uygulamayı kullanmamanız veya yalnızca bir ebeveyn/vasi gözetiminde kullanmanız gerekir.
13. MESAFELİ SATIŞ VE DİJİTAL İÇERİK
- Uygulama içi satın almalar, anında sunulan dijital içerik ve hizmetlertir (PDF çıktıları, AI analiz sonuçları vb.).
- İşleminiz onaylandıktan ve dijital içerik (PDF oluşturma, AI analizi, çeviri çıktısı vb.) sunulduktan sonra, klasik anlamda cayma hakkı bulunmayabilir; ancak Google Play'in iade politikaları geçerlidir.
- Yanlışlıkla yapılan satın almalar veya teknik sorunlar için öncelikle Google Play iade ekranını kullanmanız tavsiye edilir; ek desteğe ihtiyaç halinde bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

2. DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE
2.1 Local Data Storage
- All your CV information is stored only on your device.
- You can create and manage multiple CVs (with different names) locally on your device.
- Your personal information is not sent to any server by us.
- Profile photos are stored locally and are not sent to AI services.
- You can delete your data via the app or by uninstalling the application from your device.
2.2 AI Features
IMPORTANT WARNING: When you use AI features, your CV data is sent to
Google Gemini AI service for processing.
AI features include:
- CV Analysis and Scoring
- Job Description Compatibility Check
- CV Translation
Data sharing with Google Gemini AI:
- Only the necessary CV text content (experience, education, skills, etc.) and job description text are sent for AI analysis.
- Your profile photo is not sent to the AI service.
- Data is used only for providing the requested analysis, score or translation.
- The following Google privacy policy applies to Gemini AI processing:

- If the AI service is temporarily unavailable or quota is exceeded, the app will not start a paid AI action and you will not be charged.
3. COOKIE POLICY
- The application does not use web-based cookies.
- Local preferences are stored on your device.
- No tracking cookies are used.
- No advertising cookies are present.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Google Gemini AI: For AI analysis and translation features.
- Google Play Store: For app distribution, updates and in-app billing.
- No other mandatory third-party services are used.
5. TERMS OF USE
5.1 Permitted Use
- Personal CV creation and editing.
- AI-assisted CV improvement and analysis.
- Previewing and downloading your CV as PDF.
- Using multi-language support.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering the application.
- Using false or misleading information.
- Adding content that violates copyright or other rights.
- Using the application for malicious or illegal purposes.
6. PREMIUM FEATURES & PRICING MODEL
- Each CV + template combination is unlocked with a one-time fee (for example, USD 0.99). If you later download the same CV content with the same template again, you are not charged a second time; however, after you pay, if you change your CV content, the system will treat this new content as a different CV and you will need to pay again for that CV + template combination.
- AI features (CV scoring, job analysis, translation, etc.) are charged per use as a one-time purchase (for example, USD 0.99 per analysis).
- There are no subscriptions or auto-renewing payments; every paid action is clearly shown and must be confirmed before you pay.
- All payments are processed through Google Play’s in-app billing system using your Google account.
- Refund and cancellation conditions are subject to Google Play’s rules for digital content and in-app purchases.
7. DATA SECURITY
- Your data is stored on your device and reasonable technical measures are taken at the app level to protect it.
- App updates may include security and performance improvements.
- We are not responsible for device loss, theft or unauthorized access to your device.
8. USER RIGHTS
- You can delete your data from within the app or by uninstalling it.
- You have the right not to use AI features.
- You can contact us for support via info@dijifix.com.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The application is provided "as is" without any warranty of specific results.
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, storage issues, user mistakes or third-party service problems.
- The accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI results is not guaranteed; final decisions always belong to the user.
- We are not responsible for errors, outages or policy changes of third-party services such as Google Gemini AI or Google Play.
10. CHANGES
This policy may be updated when necessary. Important changes will be notified through in-app messages or the store listing.
11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
- The app is designed with respect to principles of personal data protection laws such as KVKK (Türkiye) and, where applicable, GDPR.
- We aim to comply with Google Play Developer Policies.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
12. AGE LIMIT
- The app is work and career focused and is intended for adult users aged 18 and above.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 18.
- If you are under 18, you should not use the app, or only use it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
13. DISTANCE SALES & DIGITAL CONTENT
- In-app purchases are digital content and services delivered instantly (PDF exports, AI analysis results, translations, etc.).
- Once your transaction is confirmed and the digital content (e.g. generated PDF, AI analysis, translation output) is provided, the traditional right of withdrawal may not apply; however, Google Play’s refund policies continue to apply.
- For accidental purchases or technical issues, you should first use the Google Play refund process; if you still need help, you can contact us directly.
