Sizden ad, e-posta veya telefon gibi bir kayıt bilgisi istemiyoruz.
2. VERİ TOPLAMA VE KULLANIM
2.1 Cihazınızda Saklanan Veriler
- Girdiğiniz tüm CV bilgileri (kişisel bilgiler, deneyim, eğitim, beceriler, projeler,
referanslar, sertifikalar vb.) cihazınızın yerel deposunda saklanır.
- Farklı adlarla birden fazla CV oluşturabilir ve bunları cihazınızda tutabilirsiniz.
- Profil fotoğrafınız yalnızca cihazınızda kalır. Sunucularımıza veya
yapay zekâ servisine hiçbir koşulda gönderilmez.
- Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda bu veriler cihazınızdan silinir.
- Cihaz yedeklemesi: Android'in otomatik yedekleme özelliği açıksa, CV
verileriniz ve dil tercihiniz Google hesabınızın yedeğine dâhil edilebilir. Bu yedek
Google tarafından yönetilir ve bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Android ayarlarından
yedeklemeyi kapatabilirsiniz.
2.2 Yapay Zekâ (AI) Özellikleri — Veri Dışarı Çıkar
ÖNEMLİ UYARI: Yapay zekâ özelliklerini kullandığınızda, CV metniniz
cihazınızdan çıkar; önce Dijifix'e ait sunucudan geçer, oradan OpenAI'a iletilir.
Bu özellikleri kullanmak tamamen isteğe bağlıdır.
Uygulamadaki yapay zekâ özellikleri şunlardır:
- CV Puanlama — CV'nizi çeşitli başlıklarda değerlendirir.
- İş İlanı Uyumluluk Analizi — CV'nizi girdiğiniz iş ilanıyla karşılaştırır.
Veri akışı:
Uygulama → dijifix.com (Dijifix sunucusu) → OpenAI API → Uygulama
Sunucumuza ne gönderilir:
- CV'nizin metin içeriği (ad, iletişim bilgileri, deneyim, eğitim, beceriler vb.)
- İş ilanı analizi kullanıyorsanız, yapıştırdığınız iş ilanı metni
- CV'nizin dili
- Google Play satın alma makbuzunuz (ödemenin doğrulanması için)
- Profil fotoğrafınız gönderilmez.
Sunucumuz ne saklar:
- CV metniniz sunucumuzda saklanmaz. İstek işlendikten sonra
bellekten silinir; veritabanına veya dosyaya yazılmaz.
- Analiz sonucu en fazla 24 saat saklanır. Bunun tek sebebi
teknik: bağlantınız analiz sırasında koparsa (örneğin Wi-Fi'dan mobil veriye
geçerken) uygulama isteği tekrar gönderir ve saklanan sonucu alır — böylece
ödemeniz boşa gitmez. 24 saat sonunda sonuç otomatik olarak silinir. Bu kayıt
yalnızca analiz çıktısını içerir; CV'nizin ham metnini içermez.
- Yalnızca satın alma makbuzunuzun kimliği (token) ve işlem zamanı
saklanır. Bunun tek amacı, aynı ödemenin ikinci kez kullanılmasını engellemektir.
- Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için, başarısız doğrulama denemelerinde
IP adresinizin şifrelenmiş özeti ve deneme sayısı en fazla 2 saat
tutulur, sonra otomatik silinir. Geçerli isteklerde bu kayıt tutulmaz.
- Web sunucumuz, standart barındırma uygulaması gereği erişim kayıtları (IP adresi,
tarih, istek adresi) tutabilir. Bu kayıtlar CV içeriğinizi içermez.
OpenAI tarafında:
Ücretlendirme güvencesi: Yapay zekâ servisi geçici olarak kullanılamazsa
veya işlem tamamlanamazsa, satın alma hakkınız harcanmaz ve tekrar deneyebilirsiniz.
2.3 Cihaz İzinleri

Depolama (galeri) izni istemiyoruz; profil fotoğrafı için Android'in kendi fotoğraf
seçicisi ve kamera kullanılır.
3. REKLAMLAR
Bu uygulama reklam içerir. Reklamlar Google AdMob üzerinden gösterilir.
- Gösterilen reklam biçimleri: banner (ekran altındaki şerit),
geçiş reklamı (tam ekran) ve ödüllü reklam
(izlemeyi kendiniz seçtiğiniz, karşılığında özellik açan reklam).
- Reklam kimliği (Advertising ID) toplamıyoruz. Uygulama, Android
reklam kimliği iznini açıkça kaldırır. Bu nedenle reklamlar kişiselleştirilmiş
değildir ve size uygulama içi davranışınıza göre reklam hedeflenmez.
- Google AdMob, reklam gösterimi ve dolandırıcılık önleme amacıyla cihazınıza ve
yaklaşık konumunuza (IP tabanlı) ilişkin sınırlı teknik veri işleyebilir.
Ayrıntılar: Google'ın iş ortağı sitelerdeki veri kullanımı
- Avrupa Birliği / Birleşik Krallık kullanıcıları: Uygulama, Google'ın
User Messaging Platform (UMP) onay ekranını gösterir. Reklam
tercihlerinizi buradan belirlersiniz ve daha sonra uygulama ayarlarından
değiştirebilirsiniz.
- Uygulama web tabanlı çerez kullanmaz. Reklam ağlarının kendi
teknolojileri Google'ın politikalarına tabidir.

5.2 Yasak Faaliyetler
- Uygulamayı veya sunucularımızı tersine mühendislikle çözmeye çalışmak.
- Ödeme doğrulamasını atlatmaya veya sahte satın alma makbuzu üretmeye çalışmak.
- Yapay zekâ uç noktamızı, uygulamanın amaçlanan kullanımı dışında bir amaçla kullanmak.
- Sahte veya yanıltıcı bilgiler içeren CV üretmek.
- Başkasının telif hakkını veya kişilik haklarını ihlal eden içerik eklemek.
- Uygulamayı kötü amaçlı veya yasa dışı faaliyetler için kullanmak.
6. ÜCRETLİ ÖZELLİKLER VE ÖDEME
- Uygulamada abonelik veya otomatik yenilenen ödeme yoktur.
Her ödeme tek seferliktir.
- Şablonlar: Her CV + şablon kombinasyonu için tek seferlik ücret
alınır (örneğin 0,99 USD).
Bir şablon ödemesi neyi kapsar:
Ödeme, o CV'deki kişi ve seçtiğiniz şablon içindir. Kişi;
ad-soyad, e-posta ve telefon bilgileriyle tanımlanır.

Bunun sebebi, tek bir ödemeyle sınırsız sayıda
farklı kişiye CV üretilmesini önlemektir. Kendi CV'nizi
dilediğiniz kadar düzenleyebilir ve yeniden indirebilirsiniz.
Bu kapsam, ödeme onayı ekranında da satın almadan
önce gösterilir.
- Yapay zekâ özellikleri: Her kullanım için ayrı ve tek seferlik
ücret alınır (örneğin 0,99 USD / kullanım).
- Her ücretli işlemden önce fiyat açıkça gösterilir ve onayınız alınır.
- Tüm ödemeler Google Play uygulama içi satın alma altyapısı üzerinden, Google
hesabınızla yapılır. Kart bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
- İade ve iptal koşulları Google Play'in dijital içerik kurallarına tabidir.
- Ödüllü reklam izleyerek bazı özellikleri ücret ödemeden açabilirsiniz; bu
tamamen sizin tercihinizdir.
7. VERİ GÜVENLİĞİ
- Uygulama ile sunucumuz arasındaki tüm iletişim HTTPS ile şifrelenir.
- Ödeme doğrulaması, Google Play'in dijital imzası kullanılarak sunucu tarafında yapılır.
- Uygulama güncellemeleri güvenlik ve performans iyileştirmeleri içerebilir.
- Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir. Cihazınızın kaybolması, çalınması veya
yetkisiz kişilerce kullanılması sonucu oluşan erişimlerden sorumlu değiliz.
8. HAKLARINIZ
- Silme: Uygulama içinden verilerinizi silebilir veya uygulamayı
kaldırarak tüm yerel verileri temizleyebilirsiniz. Sunucumuzda kişisel CV veriniz
saklanmadığı için ayrıca bir silme talebi gerekmez.
- Yapay zekâyı kullanmama: Yapay zekâ özelliklerini hiç
kullanmayabilirsiniz; uygulamanın geri kalanı çevrimdışı çalışır.
- Reklam tercihi: AB/BK bölgesindeyseniz onay ekranından reklam
tercihlerinizi değiştirebilirsiniz.
- Başvuru: KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki taleplerinizi
info@dijifix.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Talepler makul süre
içinde yanıtlanır.
9. SORUMLULUK SINIRI
- Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; iş bulma veya belirli bir sonuca ulaşma garantisi verilmez.
- Cihaz arızası, depolama hatası, kullanıcı hatası veya üçüncü taraf servis
sorunlarından kaynaklanan veri kaybından sorumlu tutulamayız.
- Yapay zekâ çıktılarının doğruluğu, güncelliği veya uygunluğu garanti edilmez.
Yapay zekâ hatalı ya da eksik sonuç üretebilir; nihai karar ve sorumluluk
her zaman kullanıcıya aittir. Çıktıları kullanmadan önce kontrol ediniz.
- OpenAI, Google AdMob veya Google Play gibi üçüncü taraf servislerin hatalarından,
kesintilerinden veya politika değişikliklerinden sorumlu değiliz.
10. YAŞ SINIRI
- Uygulama iş ve kariyer odaklıdır; 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için
tasarlanmıştır.
- 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcılardan bilerek veri toplamıyoruz.
- 18 yaşından küçükseniz uygulamayı kullanmamalı veya yalnızca ebeveyn/vasi
gözetiminde kullanmalısınız.
- Bir çocuğa ait veri işlediğimizi öğrenirsek, bu veriyi sileriz.

11. MESAFELİ SATIŞ VE DİJİTAL İÇERİK
- Uygulama içi satın almalar, anında sunulan dijital içerik ve
hizmetlerdir (PDF çıktısı, yapay zekâ analiz sonucu vb.).
- İşlem onaylandıktan ve dijital içerik sunulduktan sonra klasik anlamda cayma hakkı
bulunmayabilir; Google Play'in iade politikaları geçerlidir.
- Yanlışlıkla yapılan satın almalar veya teknik sorunlar için öncelikle Google Play
iade ekranını kullanmanız önerilir. Ek desteğe ihtiyaç duyarsanız bizimle
iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
12. YASAL UYUMLULUK
- Kişisel verilerin işlenmesinde 6698 sayılı KVKK ilkelerine uyulur.
- AB kullanıcıları için GDPR gereklilikleri gözetilir; reklam onayı UMP üzerinden alınır.
- Google Play Geliştirici Politikalarına uyum hedeflenir.

13. DEĞİŞİKLİKLER
Bu politika gerektiğinde güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim
veya Google Play mağaza açıklaması üzerinden duyurulur. Sayfanın altındaki güncelleme
tarihinden en son sürümü takip edebilirsiniz.
ONAY: Bu uygulamayı kullanarak yukarıdaki tüm şartları okuduğunuzu
ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz.

No account or registration is required to use the app. We do not ask you
for a name, email address or phone number to sign up.
2. DATA COLLECTION AND USE
2.1 Data Stored on Your Device
- All CV information you enter (personal details, experience, education, skills,
projects, references, certificates, etc.) is stored in your
device's local storage.
- You can create and keep multiple CVs under different names on your device.
- Your profile photo never leaves your device. It is not sent to our
servers or to any AI service under any circumstances.
- Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device.
- Device backup: If Android's automatic backup is enabled, your CV data
and language preference may be included in your Google account backup. That backup is
managed by Google and we have no access to it. You can disable backup in Android settings.
2.2 AI Features — Data Leaves Your Device
IMPORTANT WARNING: When you use AI features, your CV text leaves your
device: it first passes through a server operated by Dijifix, which forwards it to OpenAI.
Using these features is entirely optional.
The AI features in the app are:
- CV Scoring — evaluates your CV across several dimensions.
- Job Description Compatibility Analysis — compares your CV against a
job posting you provide.
Data flow:
App → dijifix.com (Dijifix server) → OpenAI API → App
What is sent to our server:
- The text content of your CV (name, contact details, experience, education, skills, etc.)
- The job posting text, if you use the job analysis feature
- The language of your CV
- Your Google Play purchase receipt (to verify payment)
- Your profile photo is not sent.
What our server stores:
- Your CV text is not stored on our server. It is discarded from
memory once the request is processed; it is never written to a database or file.
- The analysis result is retained for at most 24 hours. The reason is
purely technical: if your connection drops during the analysis (for example when
switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data), the app resends the request and receives the
stored result, so your payment is not wasted. After 24 hours the result is deleted
automatically. This record contains only the analysis output, not the raw text of
your CV.
- Only the identifier (token) of your purchase receipt and a timestamp are
stored. The sole purpose is to prevent the same payment from being used twice.
- To prevent abuse, for failed verification attempts we store a hashed
form of your IP address and an attempt count for at most 2 hours, after
which it is deleted automatically. No such record is kept for valid requests.
- Our web server may keep standard hosting access logs (IP address, date, requested URL).
These logs do not contain your CV content.
At OpenAI:
Billing safeguard: If the AI service is temporarily unavailable or the
operation cannot be completed, your purchase is not consumed and you can try again.
2.3 Device Permissions

We do not request storage (gallery) permission; the Android system photo picker and camera
are used for the profile photo.
3. ADVERTISING
This application contains advertisements, served through Google AdMob.
- Ad formats shown: banner (strip at the bottom of the screen),
interstitial (full screen) and rewarded ads
(which you choose to watch in exchange for unlocking a feature).
- We do not collect the Advertising ID. The app explicitly removes the
Android advertising ID permission. As a result, ads are not personalised and you are
not targeted based on your in-app behaviour.
- Google AdMob may process limited technical data about your device and approximate
(IP-based) location in order to serve ads and prevent fraud. Details:
How Google uses data from partner sites
- EU / UK users: The app presents Google's
User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form. You set your advertising
preferences there and can change them later from the app settings.
- The app does not use web cookies. Any technologies used by ad networks
are governed by Google's policies.

5. TERMS OF USE
5.1 Permitted Use
- Creating, editing and storing personal CVs.
- AI-assisted CV scoring and job posting analysis.
- Previewing and saving your CV as a PDF.
- Using multi-language support.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to reverse engineer the application or our servers.
- Attempting to bypass payment verification or to forge purchase receipts.
- Using our AI endpoint for any purpose other than the app's intended use.
- Producing CVs containing false or misleading information.
- Adding content that infringes someone else's copyright or personal rights.
- Using the application for malicious or unlawful purposes.
6. PAID FEATURES AND BILLING
- There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewing charges.
Every payment is one-time.
- Templates: Each CV + template combination is unlocked with a one-time
fee (for example USD 0.99).
What a template purchase covers:
The payment covers the person in that CV together with the template
you selected. The person is identified by name, e-mail address and phone
number.

The purpose of this rule is to prevent a single payment
from being used to produce CVs for an unlimited number of different
people. You remain free to edit and re-download your own CV as often as
you like.
This scope is also shown on the purchase confirmation
screen before you pay.
- AI features: Charged separately per use as a one-time purchase
(for example USD 0.99 per analysis).
- The price is clearly shown and your confirmation is required before every paid action.
- All payments are processed through Google Play in-app billing using your Google account.
We never see or store your card details.
- Refund and cancellation terms are governed by Google Play's rules for digital content.
- You may unlock some features by watching a rewarded ad instead of paying; this is
entirely your choice.
7. DATA SECURITY
- All communication between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Payment verification is performed server-side using Google Play's digital signature.
- App updates may include security and performance improvements.
- No system is 100% secure. We are not responsible for access resulting from loss, theft
or unauthorised use of your device.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
- Deletion: You can delete your data from within the app or remove all
local data by uninstalling it. Because we do not store your personal CV data on our
server, no separate deletion request is necessary.
- Opting out of AI: You may choose never to use the AI features; the
rest of the app works offline.
- Advertising preferences: If you are in the EU/UK, you can change your
advertising preferences via the consent form.
- Requests: You can send requests under GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK to
info@dijifix.com. Requests are answered within a reasonable period.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The application is provided "as is"; no guarantee is made that you will find employment
or achieve any particular outcome.
- We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, storage errors, user mistakes
or third-party service problems.
- The accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI output is not guaranteed. AI can produce
incorrect or incomplete results; the final decision and responsibility always rest
with the user. Please review the output before relying on it.
- We are not responsible for errors, outages or policy changes of third-party services such
as OpenAI, Google AdMob or Google Play.
10. AGE LIMIT
- The app is work and career focused and is intended for users aged
18 and above.
- We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 18.
- If you are under 18, you should not use the app, or should use it only under the
supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- If we learn that we have processed a child's data, we will delete it.

11. DISTANCE SELLING AND DIGITAL CONTENT
- In-app purchases are digital content and services delivered instantly
(PDF output, AI analysis results, etc.).
- Once your transaction is confirmed and the digital content has been delivered, the
traditional right of withdrawal may not apply; Google Play's refund policies continue
to apply.
- For accidental purchases or technical issues, please use the Google Play refund process
first. If you still need help, you can contact us directly.
12. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
- Personal data is processed in line with the principles of Türkiye's Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
- GDPR requirements are observed for EU users; advertising consent is collected via UMP.
- We aim to comply with Google Play Developer Policies.

- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of the
Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.
13. CHANGES
This policy may be updated when necessary. Significant changes will be announced through
in-app notices or the Google Play store listing. You can identify the current version from the
update date at the bottom of this page.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By using this application, you acknowledge that you have
read and agree to all of the above terms.
